Osteoid Announces End-of-Life for all Invivo Legacy Software Versions, Migrating to Invivo7 for Enhanced Security and Efficiency

SANTA CLARA CA November 4, 2024 –

Invivo today announced a major strategic shift in its software product portfolios with the official retirement of all versions prior to Invivo7, a move that will realign the products with the latest security and efficiency standards, prioritizing protection and performance for customers.

Invivo versions earlier than 6.5 will no longer be supported starting December 31st, 2024, when they will officially reach a status known as EOL-the point when software is no longer supported or kept up with patches and security updates. Support for Version 6.5 will subsequently end on March 31, 2025.

This decision underlines Invivo’s commitment to move and alter with customer requirements, coupled with the demands of modern industry standards. This concentrated effort on Invivo7 will allow Invivo to deliver new, innovative features and advanced data protection measures-critical to meeting the growing demands for security in today’s healthcare environment.

“We deeply appreciate the support of our dedicated teams and loyal customers during this pivotal transition,” said Calvin Hur, CEO of Osteoid. “Collaboration across Product, Support, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering will be instrumental in helping our customers transition smoothly to Invivo7 and unlocking the full potential of our latest technology.”

As Invivo continues to make this transition, it remains committed to solving data security, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction with the highest regard. Please find out more on this transition at: https://learn.osteoidinc.com/eol-faq-for-older-versions-of-invivo.
